Passengers board the Glen Sannox ferry as it journeys from Troon to Brodick on Isle of Arran on its first official day in service. The ferry, built at the Ferguson Marine shipyard in Glasgow, was initially due to be delivered in 2018. The ferry and its sister ship, Glen Rosa, have been beset by a saga of costly delays and technical problems at the shipyard. The cost of the two vessels is expected to be more than triple the original price tag of £97m
