Handcuffed: Last Pair Standing
9pm, Channel 4
How would you feel being handcuffed to a man who proudly has a painting by Hitler hanging on his wall? What if it meant winning £100k? Here comes another controversial reality challenge show thinly disguised as a social experiment to bridge together complete opposites in a divisive society. In a bizarre Blind Date format, Jonathan Ross completely mismatches pairs who are then handcuffed and set off on a road trip around the UK doing everything – including showering – together. The first couples include a body-inclusive feminist and a gym-bro alpha male, a cleaner and a millionaire, and the working-class historian who has to react to that painting. Hollie Richardson
DTF St Louis
9pm, Sky Atlantic
Fresh from the fallout of Lily Allen’s tell-all album about her messy open marriage with David Harbour, here’s her soon-to-be-ex-husband starring in a black comedy drama about a married man who discovers an app for people who are “down to fuck” strangers … Ouch! Linda Cardellini plays his equally bored wife and Jason Bateman is the friend who introduces him to the app, which certainly spices things up. HR
Silent Witness
9pm, BBC One
The concluding two-part episode in the latest season of Oxfordshire-based forensic pathology involves the apparent suicide of a young British Chinese activist found floating in a river. But why is Dr Nikki (Emilia Fox) meeting so much obstruction from Sean Gilder’s DI Casey? Phil Harrison
AI Confidential with Hannah Fry
9pm, BBC Two
In March 2018, a driverless Uber struck a pedestrian in Arizona at 39mph. “By the time Rafaela Vasquez looked up … it was too late.” In her first TV interview, Vasquez talks to Fry, who also learns about AI’s systemic flaws and the (potentially deadly) corporate pressures driving the tech. Ali Catterall
Small Prophets
10pm, BBC Two

A mountain of manure has been delivered and Michael is ready to bury the jars of homunculi to make them grow. As he sits and waits with a beer, he opens up to new pal Kacey about the life he had with Clea. Meanwhile, neighbour Bev is desperate to get involved. More magic and laughs from Mackenzie Crook’s oddball comedy. HR
Industry
10.40pm, BBC One
Where comparisons were once made with Cool Britannia drama This Life, as Industry reaches the end of its gripping fourth season it feels more like Succession. Henry (Kit Harington) realises the extent of the malpractice at Tender – but will he take Whitney (Max Minghella) up on one final offer? Hannah J Davies

Enduring Love, 1.30am, Film4

Science academic Joe (Daniel Craig) and his partner Claire (Samantha Morton), a sculptor, are having a picnic in a field when a balloon crash-lands. The subsequent fatal incident leads to Joe’s life falling apart – due to trauma and guilt but also because Jed (Rhys Ifans), another witness to the event, has become fixated on him. Roger Michell’s absorbing take on the Ian McEwan novel adds thriller elements to a debate about the nature of love, from the selfish gene version to which Joe subscribes, to the inexplicable, intuitive version seen at its most extreme in Jed.
