Stand Up to Cancer: The Launch
7.30pm, Channel 4
Davina McCall launches a run of programmes with the fight against cancer at their heart – including a Gogglebox special at 9.10pm with Kieran Culkin and Jazz Charton, Josh Hartnett and Tamsin Egerton, and Nick Mohammed and Joe Marler. Before that, there’s a documentary at 8pm from inside a cancer clinic at Addenbrooke’s hospital in Cambridge, following patients and their families on their journeys through testing, diagnosis and treatment. It aims to offer an insight into the clinical and emotional experience of this disease. Phil Harrison
Return to Paradise
8pm, BBC One
It’s the finale of the second season of the Death in Paradise spin-off. There’s a hiccup at Glenn and Daisy’s wedding when a guest dies due to a fast-acting poison found on a programme for the event – plausible stuff. Given that cosy crime shows have now reached the calibre of star affairs such as Ludwig, is there still a place for this franchise? Alexi Duggins
Gardeners’ World Winter Specials
8pm, BBC Two
There’s plenty to do in a wintertime garden if you know where to look. Adam Frost and friends will be showing the way in this helpful update. Adam is repairing a roof, cleaning a nest box and planting broad beans. Meanwhile, Rekha Mistry is visiting a community allotment in Sheffield. PH
Inside the Four Seasons at Christmas
9pm, Channel 5

This documentary series leans unapologetically into the all-out luxury of the Four Seasons hotel chain’s Mayfair outpost at Christmas. While head chef Benjamin picks out the best cheese London has to offer, Ruth fears that her Christmas tree – as delivered by 10 men – might be too big. Hannah J Davies
All Her Fault
9pm, Sky Atlantic
This episode of the glossy, compelling thriller opens at the point most series would end: with the missing child returned. But for Marissa, the mystery only deepens. Meanwhile, Jenny realises she’s been carrying far too much of the blame. Ellen E Jones
Daddy Issues
9.35pm, BBC One
Despite a drop-off in father-daughter screentime for Aimee Lou Wood and David Morrissey, this parenting sitcom remains a charming proposition. This week Gemma (Wood) is baffled by children’s entertainer Rocky (“I’m not sure it was entirely necessary for him to be topless during Twinkle Twinkle Little Star …”) HJD
