The Black Swan

10pm, BBC Four
“A storm is brewing in Amira’s office …” This remarkable Danish documentary series by film-maker Mads Brügger (above) follows the work of steely corporate lawyer Amira Smajic and her dealings with gangs. In this penultimate episode, tensions are high as money launderer Fasar threatens to “crush you with my bare hands”. As the hidden cameras roll, Amira works to solve the crisis and deal with a violent confrontation, before a twist brings this series to its conclusion in the final episode. Hollie Richardson

On the Front Line: Fighting the Phone Snatchers

7pm, BBC Two
A phone is stolen in London every seven and a half minutes. Hence Operation Raw – an attempt by police to tackle the thieves. This documentary follows the crackdown, from helmet-clad coppers storming buildings with a battering ram to CCTV footage of a Bridgerton actor who fought off her attacker. Alexi Duggins

Mary at 90: A Lifetime of Cooking

7.30pm, BBC Two
Alan Titchmarsh has penned a dozen novels and published two volumes of poetry. He also knows a bit about gardening. What he has never done before, however, is bake a cake. Who better to introduce him to the joys of self-raising flour than his friend Mary Berry, who also shows him how to make a creamy cauliflower soup and teriyaki tuna with ribbon salad. Ali Catterall

The final episode of the often tearjerking, always edge-of-your-seat series following paramedics on the job. In Leeds, Ryan and Tom tend to 68-year-old Steven who is in peri-arrest. He can barely breathe as they help him into the ambulance, but he still manages to say: “You know, you people are fantastic.” HR

World’s Most Dangerous Roads

9.45pm, BBC Two
This week’s drivers are standup comedian pals Ed Gamble and Lou Sanders. They’ve been road-trip buddies en route to plenty of UK gigs, but never have they donned their matching his’n’hers driving gloves to tackle 1,000km of Icelandic roads. That means winding fjord tracks, madcap map-reading and lots of unimpressed local people. Ellen E Jones
